Once a request to opt out has been received, we will send a confirming email message to the user that the user’s Personally Identifiable Information has been successfully opted out of our database. If you are a California resident and you provided your personal information to Writesequence, then, once each calendar year, you may submit a written request for information about the information we shared, if any, with other companies for their use in direct marketing. We reserve our right not to respond to requests sent more than once in a calendar year, or requests submitted to an address other than the one posted in this notice.
